Civil litigation — all case types
We act for claimants and defendants in civil cases in courts throughout Thailand: reviewing documents, assessing the merits, drafting the complaint or the defence, examining witnesses and following the case through to judgment.
Criminal defence and prosecution — all case types
We act in criminal cases of every kind, for injured parties and for defendants alike, including work at the investigation stage, bail applications, and conducting the defence at trial.
Appeals and Supreme Court petitions
Where the court of first instance has given judgment but there is still a case to argue, we draft appeals, answers to appeals, Supreme Court petitions and answers to them, in both civil and criminal matters.
Asset tracing, enforcement and debt recovery
Winning the judgment but not being paid is the most common problem our clients face. We take over after judgment: issuing demand letters, tracing assets, opening enforcement proceedings, and seizing or attaching property.
Company and commercial registration
We handle business registration from start to finish: reserving the name, drafting the memorandum of association, preparing the documents and completing the registration.

Disputes with state agencies or state officials, revocation of administrative orders, administrative contract cases
Criminal Court for Corruption and Misconduct Cases
Corruption in office, and misconduct by state officials
Central Tax Court
Tax disputes with the Revenue Department and other revenue-collecting agencies
